The staff of our school consistently follows current trends and after brainstorming over the best plan of action to incorporate those trends, we zero in on the ones that most appropriate to our classrooms. The system of education has become so dynamic that it is no longer enough to connect the dots, we need to think out of the box and think beyond a pattern.
King George Royal Public School believe in giving our students strong values along with a set of wings which may carry them far and wide. On other words, our students are equipped to face the challenges of the rapidly changing world. We treasure dynamism and deem that one should be well prepared to adapt to the global scenario and work on his learning accordingly. This is perhaps why we have introduced a globally advanced curriculum.
School in its residential part, give lot of importance to make discipline a core value, encourage students to develop a sense of responsibility through a well-planned academic schedule, House system, various Inter School, Intra School competitions and sports activities. We expect them to do the same at home too like making the beds, keeping the rooms tidy, helping and supporting the family members in the daily chores etc.
Hence, in order to assess the school’s performance only by its high academic scores is not sufficient, it is equally importance for a school to be a place for happy children with a love for learning and sound value system. To achieve these objectives, we need to work jointly with the parents of our pupils to create a climate for open exchange of views and experiences, supporting each other’s quest for quality on all fronts.
I am confident enough that the Georgians will make themselves stronger day by day, adding a new leaf to the grandeur of the school. I request all parents to spend 15 minutes (if not more) with your child, talking to him/her about his/her day in the school. Know your children; not just the home work, they need to complete but also the friends they make and the problems they face in the school, in the school bus or at play. Please do attend the parent’s teachers meeting (PTM) regularly. You are welcome to meet the Principal/Teachers by appointment if there is any health problem. It is important to inform the class teacher/school authorities about any change in address and telephone number.
In conclusion, I am confident enough that the Georgians will make themselves stronger day by day, adding a new leaf to the dignity of the school.
